Terms & conditions:
1. The position offered is Car Detailer – Freelance Contractor. The primary scope of work as a Car Detailer is to accept and manage job assignments received through the company’s WhatsApp platform. The role requires travelling to customers’ residences or other designated locations to carry out car detailing services.
2. This position is offered on a freelance, self-employed contractor basis. No supervising employer will be present at the customer’s premises. Upon accepting the job, the Detailer is fully responsible for managing the customer and completing the assigned work independently from start to finish, while maintaining high standards of workmanship and service quality.
3. Detailers are encouraged to use their own vehicle to travel to customer’s location to perform car detailing services. If a Detailer does not own a vehicle, the company may arrange a vehicle.
4. Payment is project-based and will be calculated per completed job. This role does not operate under a fixed daily schedule (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or punch card system.
5. As this is a contractor-based engagement, the Detailer is not automatically entitled to statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, or EIS. The company reserves the sole discretion to determine whether such contributions will be applied.
